Subject: Still blown away
After experiencing this show live three years ago and downloading this recording of it shortly thereafter, I can say it is the BEST live recording of these guys out there as far as richness and breadth of sound. They also seem to be so comfortable with the crowd and loving the small theater reverb that only the Bama can provide. I heard that the Cards told post-show fans that they hadn't seen Ryan so happy and relaxed with a show the whole tour that season. His Alabama audience clearly received him with passion this time, as evidenced by this awesome recording. I saw him later in the tour, in Birmingham, AL, and the show was pale and rushed and lacked soul. So glad I got to experience this one.

These guys keep getting better. I only wish they could make it to NC sometime. In the meantime, these recordings will suffice. I would love to get this one on flac 24bit if it's available...

Subject: it's a scorcher
I download alot of the Cardinal's shows the past 3 years and this is one of the best. They get a little tighter with every tour. Fabulous Goodnight Rose & Peaceful Valley. Their new tunes get better with each show.

Subject: Great show!
I can't comment on the recording, yet, but the show was awesome. Finally I got to see why everyone says this guy puts on such a great show. Last year he stormed off stage because of a heckler but he redeemed himself this time. The crowd was quiet and this venue is small so this should be a clean recording. Thanks to the taper. Peace.
